Our London store has now reopened but with certain measures and restrictions in place to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our staff and customers. We will be running the store as an appointment only service so we can offer our finest customer service on a one to one basis. To book an appointment, please call 0207 409 7277 or email the store via firstname.lastname@example.org. When arranging your appointment, if you would be so kind as to let us know how we may assist you eg. dropping off a repair, to design your own bespoke item or to collect an order, we will be able to book you in accordingly. According to your appointment requirements, you will be assigned a member of our specialist team to assist you. If you wish to be accompanied, we do ask that you bring no more than one other guest to the appointment. Unfortunately for the time being we cannot guarantee a walk-in appointment. Upon your arrival a member of our team will open the store to greet you and will talk you through any further safety measures we have set in place for everyone's well-being. Our store opening hours are now 9:30am until 6pm Monday to Friday, and 10am until 5:30pm on Saturdays, Closed on Sundays.
