The timeless form of this fedora is a nod to the philanthropic and socially conscious values of the Adeney family, who were known for their refined yet unostentatious approach to life.

This hat is named for the historic Swaine & Adeney brand that produced high quality leather goods for the British elite since 1750. They have since aquired Brigg & Co umbrella makers, and finally Herbert Johnson hatters, to form a new house known as Swaine London, the rich history of which we have chosen to celebrate with this collection.

Our Ready-To-Wear products are often crafted and ready to ship with short lead times. Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, typically within 7-14 days, though this may vary depending on order volume.

Every Adeney Fedora is handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail using only the finest sustainably sourced rabbit fur.

Place the string or tape around your head above your ear and across the mid forehead, completely circling your head. Hold the tape firmly, but not too tightly. Measure your head exactly where you want the hat to sit. Measure in centimetres. If your measurement falls between sizes, round up to the nearest centimetre. It may help to either do this in the mirror or have someone to help for accuracy.

Please be aware that as these these limited edition products have already been crafted and therefore no custom embossing options are available on these products.

We ship worldwide with DHL. We calculate delivery costs based on the weight of each product and country to which the item is to be posted. Postage costs may be included in the purchase price for some items.

Our hats are carefully packaged in white hat boxes within cardboard postal boxes for dispatch. Caps will be carefully packaged in cap boxes within a cardboard postal box. Accessories items will be packaged in double layer shipping boxes.
